ARLINGTON - November 1, 2025 -Ā Arlington-based defense artificial intelligence technology startup Tercero Technologies announced today that its founder and CEO, Carl P. Evans III, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the National Advanced Mobility Consortium.
Evans is a roboticist and technology lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the uncrewed/auotnomous vehicle sector. "I am honored to have been elected to the Board of Directors of the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC). NAMC's over 500 member organizations are some of the most innovative defense technology companies developing the latest in ground vehicle and intelligent systems technologies. I look forward to serving on the Board and helping to advance NAMC's important mission in support of the warfighter," says Evans. His term on the Board runs until late 2028.
